Alco-Plex Non-Metallic Anti-seize Compound is ideally formulated to meet a wide array of applications and temperature ranges. This non-metallic, lead-free compound features an EP Aluminum complex base that’s fortified with moly and graphite that prevent corrosion on metals and alloys. This compound provides maximum protection against friction, seizure, galling, rust and heat freeze. Alco-Plex Non-Metallic Anti-seize Compound contains no copper or nickel powders, and withstands pressures up to 500,000 psi and temperatures up to 2400◦ F.

Packaged using the Ultra Green Barrier System, it features eco-safe nitrogen propellant, not hydrocarbons making it environmentally friendly. It dispenses completely and evenly, maintaining proper dispersion. The extension nozzle facilitates laying long, even beads of any thickness on sliding surfaces quickly and easily. Alco-Plex Non-Metallic Anti-seize Compound is economical to use – just a thin coat goes a long way. It’s safe to use on all metals, including iron, steel, nickel alloys, titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, bronze – even plastics and gasket materials. It makes a highly effective anti-seize on LPG and other gases (not for use with oxygen lines), for easy makeup and breakout.
